Kenosha Human Development Services

Kenosha Human Development Services (KHDS) is a social service agency that offers a variety of programs to meet the social service needs of community residents. The geographic area covered is all of Kenosha County.

Agency tradition dictates that services are provided in a thoughtful, respectful manner that emphasizes helping people achieve greater self-determination and a better quality of life in the community.

To help people achieve those goals we provide programs that combine elements of direct service, advocacy and client empowerment.
