Founded in the town of Sauk City, Wisconsin, as a civil and environmental engineering firm, with a strong Midwest work ethic and close proximity to the thriving city of Madison, the firm has seen tremendous growth.
Over recent years the staff has more than tripled and now provides a diverse line of engineering services and performs work in locations all across the nation.
Through the creation of Ramaker & Associates’ Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) in 2007, each employee has been empowered to control their future and the continued success of the firm.
