Plant Manager

In this role, you will lead all plant operations with full accountability for safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance Moreover, you will develop and execute site strategy, aligning production, capacity, and resources with business objectives You will own workforce strategy across the plant, including organizational design, staffing, and overtime optimization You will lead and develop managers and supervisors, building leadership capability and succession pipelines Further, you will apply, own, and drive the Lean Production System across the site, embedding a lean-forward culture, eliminating waste, and ensuring sustained adoption of continuous improvement and standard work practices You will manage plant financial performance, including budget ownership, cost control, and productivity improvements Also, you will lead cross-functional alignment and transformation initiatives, while executing additional responsibilities based on business needs
