The Swim Lesson Instructor is responsible for conducting safe and organized swim lessons in accordance with the guidelines of the YMCA of the USA, the YMCA of Delaware, and the State of Delaware, that will enable the participants to enhance their aquatic abilities and enjoy the aquatic environment.
