Job Description

Job Summary

  • Responsible for the food production and daily operations of the Banquet Kitchen 
  • Ensure quality of the food items are maintained to the highest standards and compliance of food safety and hygiene standards at all time
  • Monitor stock of kitchen supplies and food and maintain kitchen logs for food safety program and food products

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in culinary related disciplines or equivalent vocational training certificate
  • 3-5 years of culinary experience and preferrably in hotels
  • Well-versed in kitchen hygiene, be innovative and service-oriented
  • Team player with good communication skills
