Compensation Range

The base pay scale for this position is $127,315.50 - $147,303.00. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.

Hand Therapist - Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist - Advanced Clinician - NYC

Overview:

HSS Rehabilitation and Performance is a dynamic multidisciplinary team of highly skilled clinicians supported by engaged patient access and rehab technician professionals.

 

We are seeking an experienced physical therapist or occupational therapist to join our team at one of our NYC locations. Our clinicians treat a large variety of hand, wrist and elbow diagnoses including post-surgical trauma, fractures, dislocations, tendon lacerations, arthritis, brachial plexus injuries, amputations and rheumatic conditions.

Qualifications:

Candidates must have at least 3 years’ experience and be strong clinicians in the field of hand therapy and have experience and/or interest in staff development, mentoring and education. Candidates should excel in communication, teamwork and leadership skills. Qualified candidates will have experience with orthosis fabrication and post-surgical rehabilitation.

New York State licensure is a requirement. CHT is highly preferred
