IN_Bosch Rexroth India _ Field Service Engineer/ Executive_Ahmedabad

1. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in hydraulic Component (Axial piston pump & motor, Mobile control valve & Mobile hydraulic system

2. Attend OEM & End Customer complaint for Field & Zero Km & close the complaint in coordination with Quality team
3. Fostering internal relationship with internal Service Organizations and other departments
4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interactions with customers and source plant teams
5. Proto-validation sign -off for various mobile applications like Compactors, Backhoe Loader, Excavator, concrete pump and other construction & mining equipment.
6. And attainment of KPIs Service TAT for closure of customer complaint.
7. Handling warranty claim management including submission of 8D, Quad chart -reports & closure of complaints

B.E. / Diploma (Mechanical) with 3-6 years of relevant experience

Should have below skill-set:

- Customer orientation, Products Knowledge, Communication Skills

- Presentation Skills
