As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, your typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications. You will adapt features to meet business requirements, manage software releases, and ensure the stability of systems. Your role will require you to utilize standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to align solutions with the needs of the business while maintaining compatibility and performance across various systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Data.
- Experience with data integration tools and techniques.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and customization.
- Familiarity with low-code development platforms.
- Ability to analyze and optimize application performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Data.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
