Main responsibilities:
- Supervise and support Fresh Cut associates, including training and daily work direction
- Ensure quality, freshness, and proper rotation of all fresh-cut products
- Prepare fruits and vegetables for display (washing, trimming, packaging, crisping)
- Build and maintain attractive product displays to drive sales
- Provide excellent customer service, including product recommendations and sampling
- Maintain sanitation, food safety, and regulatory compliance standards
- Monitor inventory, reduce shrink, and discard spoiled or out-of-date product
- Ensure accurate pricing, signage, and product labeling
- Resolve customer concerns related to products or service

Other requirements:
- Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Compliance with company appearance and conduct standards
- Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment with occasional outdoor exposure
