You will own the operational backbone of a global “University” program, ensuring learning experiences are consistent, scalable, and aligned with business priorities. Acting as both a strategic operator and program leader, you will define governance frameworks, PMO processes, and delivery standards that enable efficient content production and certification management. You will partner closely with cross-functional leaders to align priorities, manage intake, and drive execution across multiple enablement streams. This is a highly collaborative and data-driven role where you will build reporting systems, executive dashboards, and operational KPIs that measure learning impact. The environment is fast-paced, global, and highly cross-functional, requiring strong structure, communication, and execution discipline. Your work will directly influence how effectively teams learn, perform, and scale globally.
