Job Description

 

The Trainer V develops, delivers, and oversees curriculum and tools for training and onboarding employees in Conduent delivery roles. The Trainer V also leads the continuous improvement of training programs, ensuring alignment with business goals, operational performance, and regulatory requirements.

 

Responsibilities

  • Conducts and oversees training classes for employees on the features and operation of mid- to high-complexity products, client tools, and processes, including intermediate to advanced soft skills.

  • Leads onboarding and ongoing training programs to ensure employee readiness and performance.

  • Identifies training needs and gaps through analysis of performance data, QA results, and operational feedback to set priorities.

  • Designs, updates, and continuously improves training materials and courses based on client and internal needs, organizing content in a logical and effective sequence for delivery.

  • Works with subject matter experts to validate that training content is current, accurate, and effective.

  • Analyzes and prepares training resources and materials to support high-quality delivery across the training team.

  • Evaluates training effectiveness through participant feedback, performance metrics, and reporting data.

  • Conducts Train-the-Trainer sessions to ensure consistency and quality across all trainers.

  • Analyzes, produces, and distributes training reports, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.

  • Guides other trainers, assigns tasks, and ensures alignment with training standards and expectations.

  • Oversees the creation and maintenance of online courses within the Learning Management System (LMS).

  • Partners with operations, QA, and leadership to support performance improvement initiatives and change management efforts.

  • Ensures all training materials and delivery methods comply with regulatory and audit requirements.

  • Drives continuous improvement of training programs, processes, and team performance.

 

Requirements

  • Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 

  • Display minimum of 2 years of experience working for NJHBC.
  • Have training experience in a transaction processing or call center environment. 
  • Display communications skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team environment while demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a swiftly changing environment.
  • Able to work Monday through Friday onsite, as needed.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, and 365 mail.

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $52,514 - $68,200.
