As an SMM Manager at Liven, you will be the driver of the brand's organic presence on META (Instagram, Facebook) and TikTok: from strategy to daily posting, shaping social media into a full-fledged channel for organic traffic and conversion.
Your challenges:
— Growing Instagram and Facebook into conversion-driven organic traffic channels (organic reach → profile views → quiz → payer) with a focus on increasing CTR and CR through content; — Scaling TikTok to the first 10M organic views through viral sketches, memes, and self-discovery content; — Managing a content plan across multiple META profiles simultaneously (IG, FB, FB Community), adapting formats and tone of voice to each platform while maintaining a unified brand voice; — Building a community around the topic of self-discovery — where people feel heard and can count on value through content.

— You take full ownership of results: you don't wait for tasks — you form hypotheses, test formats, and scale what works; — You understand algorithms from the inside: you know why one video takes off and another doesn't, and you build content to work with platform logic, not against it; — You think in metrics: ERR, CR to Landing, Average Watch Time, Saves — and make decisions based on them; — You can write clear briefs for the team (designers, copywriters, motion) and bring an idea to final content without losing quality; — You're ready to truly own SMM and take control of the entire user journey and experience on Meta platforms.
Definite advantages:
— Experience working with META as a primary growth channel and understanding of its latest protocols (e.g. Andromeda); — Ability to independently write certain formats such as captions, Facebook longreads, first-person stories; — Experience managing or launching a Facebook community and understanding of organic reach dynamics through long-form text and engaging questions.
