This is a senior market access leadership role focused on shaping and securing Medicaid and regional payer coverage for an innovative mental health therapy at launch and beyond. You will be responsible for building and executing strategic account plans that translate clinical and economic value into sustainable formulary access across complex US payer systems. The role requires deep expertise in Medicaid structures, payer decision-making, and evidence-based value communication. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including HEOR, Medical Affairs, Government Affairs, and Commercial Operations to ensure cohesive payer strategy execution.
