Design Engineer with NX experience

Knowledge/Skills, Education, And Experience

• B.E/B.Tech/Diploma 4 to 8 years of relevant engineering work experience

• Significant hands-on experience in working with Siemens NX and Teamcenter involved High complex modeling activities

• Experience in creating detailed manufacturing drawing using GD&T as per ISO

• Knowledge on Welding symbols

• Excellent team player to support and serve the global team

• Ability to work independently with clarity on scope and responsibility

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• High flexibility in taking new tasks/responsibilities

• Knowledge on turbo machineries and their components will be added advantage

Responsibilities

• Understanding the requirement of project and coordinating effectively with Global team

• Effectively interpreting various applicable international codes and standards along with customer internal standards

• Applying knowledge of these standards for detail design of compressor components

• Preparing detailed Model and Drawing using Siemens NX integrated with Teamcenter

• Managing engineering Bill of Materials using Siemens NX and Teamcenter

• Performing detail self-review and peer review, Participating and leading design reviews

• Providing technical support to colleagues

• Ensure quality and timely deliveries of engineering documentation, Lesson Learnt, Best practice

• Performing troubleshooting, analyzing failures, prepare root cause analysis and implement actions

• Train and help peers on compressor modelling and detailing as per Customer’s standard
