- Managing hotline and ticket systems for distributors, installers, and end-users.
- Providing training sessions to distributors and installers in the region.
- Supporting onsite troubleshooting/commissioning activities in the related region.
- Assisting with pre-sales customer visits in collaboration with the Account Manager.
- Creating and maintaining FAQs, online courses, and documentation for the region.
- Preparing regular performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) for the department center.

- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent technical education.
- At least 3 years of experience in after-sales or technical support within the PV/ESS/O&M sector; inverter experience is a plus.
- Strong motivation and passion for success in the clean-tech industry.
- Language skills: Italian and English at C1 level; additional European languages are an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- An independent, focused, and adaptable approach to working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel 40-55% for business between the local market and the EU department center.
