Manage all aspects of intellectual property litigation and disputes, including defining and executing strategy, reviewing all briefing and filings, preparing for depositions and working with witnesses, determining dispute resolution approaches.
Draft pleadings and discovery requests, take and defend depositions, and develop the infrastructure required to prevent disputes from arising.
Work closely with various Legal, Product and Business team members to provide counseling on intellectual property disputes.
Partner with outside counsel to take an active role in intellectual property litigation and disputes.
Collaborate with other external in-house counsel and legal organizations on intellectual property dispute and policy matters.
