Job Description
As our Logistics Network Strategy Manager, you will lead the global transformation of our logistics footprint. Your objective is to architect a future-ready logistics network that maximizes operational efficiency, resilience, and scalability across all our markets. Reporting to the Head of Automation and Logistics Network Flow, you will be at the heart of driving next generation logistics solutions.
“You will have the opportunity to make a difference through developing, supporting and leading high impact initiatives, influencing the future logistics direction globally, in close collaboration with the wider Logistics Centre of Excellence, the Supply Chain Strategy team and our local market representatives. The position will require some travel dependent on the projects”, says Thomas Hawkins, Head of Strategic CoE- Global Warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Architect Set the strategic direction for the global logistics network, ensuring it synchronizes with the overall Supply Chain Network Strategy.
- Project Roadmap Design and lead a comprehensive roadmap of network projects from initial concept to scalable implementation.
- Operational Integration Link our high level strategy to the principle operating model for logistics, enabling sites to improve efficiency and ways of working.
- Intralogistics & Automation Support key initiatives in warehouse automation and digitalization to modernize our +70 warehouses across Europe.
- Strategic Sparring Partner Act as a key advisor to regional markets and present strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
What will make you successful
We are seeking a candidate with a Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field, who brings at least 10 years of experience in Supply Chain and a deep understanding of production and logistics processes.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading network design programs and managing changing footprints in fast-paced, often ambiguous environments, demonstrating strong strategic execution and the ability to deliver results.
In addition, you bring
- Analytical Power Proven ability to apply advanced analytical frameworks, including optimization, system dynamics, and statistical modelling, to drive rigorous decision-making.
- Leadership & Influence Strong project management capabilities coupled with an engaging leadership style and fluency in English.
- Technical Stack Advanced proficiency in the MS Office suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and preferably experience with Power BI or digitalization trends.
