Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead and deliver digital transformation initiatives across customer‑facing and enterprise platforms. The role requires strong expertise in managing digital, data‑driven, and AI‑enabled projects, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology execution, and customer outcomes.
The ideal candidate combines project management discipline with a deep understanding of digital technologies, agile delivery, and data/AI programs.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Program & Project Delivery
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of digital initiatives, including web, platforms, analytics, and AI‑enabled solutions
- Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, resources, and risks
- Drive successful execution using Agile, Scrum, hybrid delivery models
- Ensure timely delivery with high quality and business value
Digital & Technology Leadership
- Manage projects involving:
- Digital platforms (web, portals, enterprise applications)
- Data platforms and analytics solutions
- AI/ML, automation, and intelligent systems
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, data scientists, and UX teams
- Translate business and digital requirements into executable plans
Data & AI Awareness
- Oversee projects with data engineering, analytics, and AI components
- Understand AI solution lifecycle:
- Data ingestion
- Model development & validation
- Deployment and monitoring
- Ensure responsible, secure, and scalable use of AI technologies
Stakeholder & Customer Engagement
- Act as primary interface between business stakeholders, customers, and delivery teams
- Lead executive reviews, steering committee meetings, and status updates
- Manage expectations, risks, and change requests
- Drive customer satisfaction and long‑term engagement success
Governance & Risk Management
- Establish delivery governance, metrics, and reporting
- Proactively identify delivery, technology, and dependency risks
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security, quality, and digital standards

Work Experience
Experience
- 8+ years of overall IT experience
- 5+ years in Digital Project or Program Management
- Proven track record delivering digital transformation initiatives
- Experience managing cross‑functional, distributed teams
Digital & Technology Knowledge
- Strong understanding of:
- Digital platforms and enterprise applications
- Cloud‑based architectures
- Data analytics and AI‑enabled solutions
- Exposure to technologies such as:
- .NET / Java / Python ecosystems
- Data platforms and analytics tools
- AI, ML, and automation frameworks
Project Management Skills
- Expertise in Agile / Scrum delivery models
- Proficient with project management and tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project, etc.)
- Strong planning, execution, and risk management skills
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong leadership and decision‑making capabilities
- Ability to balance technical understanding with business priorities
- Results‑driven with a customer‑first mindset
Nice to Have
- · Experience delivering digital or data‑driven initiatives in the Oil & Gas domain
- · Experience leading AI‑driven or data‑centric digital programs
- Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Certifications: PMP, Agile Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent
