Job Description

We are seeking motivated individuals for the roles of Waiters, Cashiers, and Call Center Operators at our Zouk and Fanar branches. These positions involve heavy customer interaction, transaction handling, and inquiry management.

Job Purpose

The purpose of these roles is to provide excellent customer service, efficiently handle transactions, and effectively manage customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to all patrons
  • Handle transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Manage customer inquiries effectively
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
