Position:       ASR --  Distribution and Rental (All States)

Sector/Unit: Construction                                              

Reports To: National Dealer and Rental Manager

Location:     Various                                             

 

Unit/Department Description:

Responsible for driving sales and increasing market share in assigned territories, by delivering a customer experience founded on providing excellent industry and product knowledge, commitment to integrity and delivery of the customer brand promise.

 

Position/Job Description:

·           B2B sales

·           Store merchandising

·           Excellence in customer relationships

·           Customer satisfaction

Essential Duties:

·         Develop Customer Relationships

·         Growth through greater penetration of existing customers potential

·         Adding value to customers through increased productivity

·         Product training & demonstrations

Preferred qualifications:

·         Previous Retail / Rental / Hire sales experience

·         Previous Sales and Customer Service experience

·         Demonstrated Technical and mechanical aptitude

Skills and Capabilities:

Growth and sales oriented, negotiation skills, judgment / decision making, customer focused, integrity, resourcefulness, IT competency, extensive product knowledge, technical capability, planning and organising skills, team player.
