Job Summary The School of Management invites applications for a full-time Professor of Practice in Human Resources Management position, effective January 2027. This role will primarily support our BSBA in Human Resources Management degree program, with a core focus on exceptional teaching, student mentoring, and active engagement within the professional human resources community. We seek a dynamic leader who brings significant professional experience in human resources management to bridge classroom concepts with real-world industry practice. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Teach four courses per semester (or equivalent), including undergraduate and graduate courses in human resources management and related subjects as determined by the Director of the School. Deliver high-quality teaching across both online and in-person formats, with a focus on designing and delivering impactful experiential learning opportunities. Contribute actively to curriculum development to ensure all course offerings maintain strict relevance and alignment with current industry trends. Partner with faculty across the institution to successfully integrate human resources management concepts into wider interdisciplinary university programs. Maintain active professional development and networking presence within the regional and national human resources management community. Mentor undergraduate students, support undergraduate research initiatives, assist with student recruitment, and participate in service activities across the School, College, and University.
