- 12–15+ years of progressive experience in Service Delivery Operations, including 3–5+ years in a managerial role within Finance & Accounting.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high‑performing finance teams, including managing performance and driving accountability.
- Capable of working effectively with senior leadership, auditors, regulators, and cross‑functional partners in a matrixed environment.
- Demonstrated track record of driving efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement in finance processes.
- High ethical standards, strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to operate with confidentiality and professional skepticism.
- Requires broad technical expertise and industry knowledge.
- Accountable for functional, operational, and/or program management.
- Assists others in achieving goals.
- Manages performance appraisals and pay reviews.
- Manages training for 3 or more employees.

Responsibility:
- Responsible for leading, coaching, and developing first-line managers.
- Ensures customer SLA/ KPI are met by guiding operations of respective Accounting teams.
- Lead and oversee end‑to‑end finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial information.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes in the Order to Cash Tower
- Design and maintain strong internal controls and risk management frameworks.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business strategy and decision‑making.
- Act as primary liaison for internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of audit observations and implementation of corrective actions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop finance and accounting teams, setting clear goals, performance expectations, and succession plans.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation of financial processes, systems, and reporting to enhance efficiency, scalability, and accuracy.
- Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, senior management, and external stakeholders to support business objectives and financial governance.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures, and governance frameworks aligned with organizational and industry best practices.
