We are expanding how we source talent and are looking for a Talent Acquisition - Sourcing Specialist who hunts for exceptional people, builds genuine relationships with them, and brings them to BIS rather than waiting for them to apply.
About the role:
This is a headhunter-style sourcing role. You will spend your days finding top-tier talent, reaching out cold and warm, having coffees and conversations, and building a pipeline of people we would love to hire - often well before a role even opens. The proof of your work is real hires: candidates who join BIS because you found them and kept them engaged.
We are an AI-forward team and want this role to be as AI-native as possible, so you will also help shape the tools and methods we use to find people.
This is an in-person role based out of our Sherwood Park, AB office.
