Business Development Manager Contest (CIS Region)

Tickmill is launching a selective recruitment process for Russian-speaking Business Development Managers interested in joining an international brokerage group within the FX/CFD industry.
We are looking for motivated professionals who want to develop their career within a global financial services environment.
Position:
Business Development Manager (Remote)
Eligibility:
Russian-speaking candidates from CIS countries and other regions are welcome to apply.
English proficiency is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to new potential partners
- Acquire new IB partners and reactivate inactive partners
- Build and manage a partner network
- Negotiate commercial terms and maintain business relationships
- Represent the company at industry events and networking activities
- Collaborate with international teams across different regions
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the FX / CFD / Online Trading / Crypto / iGaming / Banking industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Ideal for ambitious go-getters ready to turn performance into exceptional pay.
The following will be considered as an advantage:
- Existing IB portfolio or partner network
- Additional language skills (Kazakh, Uzbek, Azerbaijani, Ukrainian, Hebrew, etc.)

Contest Period Compensation
During the 4-month evaluation period, selected participants will receive a fixed monthly compensation, along with monthly performance-based commissions generated from their client and partner activity.
Selection Process
Only 6 candidates will be shortlisted for the contest stage.
Following the final evaluation process, 2 candidates will receive an official offer.
