Physical Therapist Assistant: Full-time - Hospital Inpatient

 

Job Type: Full-time                                                                                                      Pay Range: $33 - $40 per hour                                                                                      Job Location: Valencia, CA                                                                                                                  

We are looking for a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our inpatient hospital team in Valencia, CA. We are a 357-bed, not-for-profit community hospital and trauma center known for our highly respected cancer program, advanced primary stroke center, spine and joint program, an acute rehab unit which helps individuals regain their independence, growing cardiovascular services, outpatient wound care services, highly attentive physical and occupational therapies, and a wide range of inpatient and outpatient surgical services. You will provide direct patient care and support rehabilitation activities.

Qualifications

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Desire to grow clinically and contribute to a high-performing team environment

About

Compensation: $33 - $40 per hour + inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, paid continued education, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
