Your daily work
- Solve complex challenges in the day‑to‑day operations of a hyperscaler’s cloud backend and taking part in daily operations with focus on our backend tools services
- Work hands‑on at the console— not afraid to get your hands “dirty”
- Jump straight from insights to action by working directly at the console with technologies that power our platform.
- Turn your operational know-how into real impact by joining project rollouts and helping launch new features and tools that evolve our cloud.
- Ideally drive end‑to‑end automation using industry‑standard automation frameworks
- Collaborate in a team of specialists where open communication, trust, and mutual support are the norm
Your profile:
- Must have:
- Completed studies in a technical, engineering or scientific subject or comparable professional training
- 3–5 years of hands‑on IT experience with a strong focus on modern cloud technologies (Operational tasks including: upgrades, patches, Life Cycle Management Operational Tasks, bug management and incident management)
- Good Linux, basic Openstack knowledge and IT security fundamentals — you’re comfortable managing servers, services, know the core services of an Openstack infrastructure and how to keep them secure.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Ideally/Strong advantages:
- Experience in infrastructure automation (Ansible, Terraform, APIs, or similar) — you automate everything you can to keep operations efficient
- Using at least one Automation Cloud Tools like: Cloud Scope or CodeArts Light, etc.
- Experience with OpenStack and contributions to open‑source projects are a plus
