Production Assembler

  Position Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Assembler to join our team. As a Production Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling components and subassemblies of industrial air compressors and vacuum systems in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Assemble and test components for industrial air compressors and vacuum systems according to technical drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Ensure proper functionality of components, parts, and assemblies, conducting quality checks and troubleshooting as needed. Operate hand tools, power tools, and other machinery used in the assembly process. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following company safety protocols. Work closely with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Ensure accurate record-keeping of completed work, inventory, and parts used during assembly. Follow all company policies regarding product quality, safety, and productivity. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus. Previous experience in mechanical assembly or a similar production environment preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise, heat, and moving machinery.
