YOUR MISSION

STUDSON is seeking a highly detailed and proactive Sales Support Administrator to join our team in Sherwood, Oregon. You will play a vital role in providing administrative and operational assistance, ensuring a smooth sales process.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide meticulous administrative support to outside sales representatives, ensuring accurate order processing, quoting, and documentation for flawless fulfillment and invoicing.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers as needed.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward them at all times.

  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executive for further development and closure as needed.

  • Address customer concerns and redirect more complex issues to the appropriate team members.

  • Maintain organized, accurate, and up‑to‑date records within SharePoint to ensure information is reliable and easily accessible.

  • Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery of products.

What matters most:

  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and easily connect with people.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, with prior experience using CRM and ERP systems; NetSuite experience is a strong plus.

  • Prior experience in the Consumer Goods Industry is a major advantage.

  • Skilled in time management and prioritization, with a focus on following through.

  • Proven ability to establish trust and positive relationships through effective interpersonal skills.
