Functional Roles and Responsibilities
• Follow the prescribe procedures advised by the company and the chemical manufacturers in polishing the vehicles using necessary tools.
• Take extra care for masking and use the correct chemical suitable for a particular type of surface (interior and exterior).
• Do not polish near paint booth or any painting area.
• Service all tools regularly, keep the work area clean and comply with health and safety standards.
• Keep all personal tools safe. Any breakages or accidents must be reported to the Team Leader / Supervisor immediately.
• Ensure efficiency and productivity is maintained above 100%.
• Any unused parts must be returned or stored properly as per company procedure. Used parts must be disposed in an environment friendly manner.
• To work extra hours incase the job needs to be completed to ensure customer satisfaction as per Team Leader’s requirement.
