What You’ll Do
Design, script, configure, and run performance tests to validate production readiness of software applications and infrastructure for stability and performance
Support active contribution in creating performance testing artefacts including Performance test strategy and test plans/estimates, optimization & KPI reports
Condition test data as needed to simulate test scenarios properly
Work with load testing tools like JMeter
Work with Performance Engineering tools like AppDynamics and Fiddler to capture and analyze information to identify performance issues
Work with Development and Architecture teams on the identification and troubleshooting of performance-related issues
Work effectively in an Agile environment, following and practicing Scrum processes
Provide mentorship on performance engineering and automation frameworks
Maintain high-quality standards on all deliverables
Propose innovative solutions to address business problems
Experience You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any STEM-related programs
Experienced working as a Performance Test Engineer (7+ years of experience)
Good understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, OOPS and Database concepts
In-depth knowledge and working experience with App Dynamics, and other latest Performance Engineer & Performance Testing tools (Apache JMeter, WebLOAD etc).
Extensive experience and knowledge of generating Software Performance reports based on performance results and their analysis compared to prior releases.
Strong knowledge of / experience with profiling application end to end performance and identifying application bottlenecks.
Must have : JMeter,API Testing,Database, CI/CD pipeline
Good to have : Scenarios building and QA concepts, Product understanding
