As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot problems, analyze system performance, and ensure the seamless operation of applications that are vital to business functions. You will engage in discussions with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely solutions, all while maintaining a focus on enhancing system reliability and user satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and interpret complex data.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
