Job Description
Estimators are an essential part of our contractor sales team. They provide material lists and pricing to assist retail and contractor customers to plan and budget their projects.
- Provide customer service to contractors and residential customers
- Is a resource for project sales and contractor sales representatives
- Produce quotes and material list for construction projects
- Education in construction, engineering or 3D design (or equivalent work experience)
- Experience in construction, purchasing or sales of building materials
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
- Independent, problem solver
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication skills both written and spoken
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management tools
