As a Technical Product Lead, you will drive the strategy and delivery of data and AI products that power planning, sourcing and delivery across our global operations. You will partner with experts across manufacturing, supply chain, and technology to shape a product portfolio that boosts reliability, speed and agility, while introducing GenAI capabilities that elevate decision-making and productivity.
This is a hands-on leadership role that blends product thinking with technical depth. You will translate business objectives into technical roadmaps, define scalable solution architectures, govern engineering delivery, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. Your work will help the organization improve service levels, reduce operational risk, increase supply chain transparency, and ultimately accelerate the delivery of life-changing medicines to patients.
Accountabilities
Product Strategy and Alignment: Lead the development of technical products aligned with business goals, focusing on high-value supply chain outcomes and measurable impact.
Solution Architecture Leadership: Define and govern end-to-end solution architecture for Data, Analytics, AI, and Digital Supply Chain products, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives.
Data, AI & Innovation Enablement: Drive the adoption of Data, Analytics, AI, and Generative AI capabilities to enhance supply chain visibility, decision-making, and operational efficiency. Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, accelerating innovation through practical and scalable implementations
Technical Delivery & Execution: Lead cross-functional delivery teams across Data Engineering, Knowledge Graph, Application Development, Analytics, and AI workstreams. Ensure successful execution through effective planning, dependency management, governance, and delivery excellence.
Stakeholder & Vendor Leadership: Partner with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, product teams, and external vendors to align priorities, manage risks, and drive successful outcomes. Provide technical leadership across delivery partners while ensuring adherence to architecture, quality, and operational standards.
Roadmap Decomposition: Break down feature epics into technical tasks, manage dependencies across teams, and remove blockers to maintain delivery momentum.
Resource Optimization: Optimize resource allocation through data-driven prioritization, balancing short-term wins with long-term platform health.
Scaling, Governance & Continuous Improvement: Establish operating models, governance frameworks, and reusable technology patterns that enable the sustainable growth of Digital Supply Chain products. Drive continuous improvement through engineering excellence, data quality, observability, and platform optimization.
Essential Skills / Experience
Experience delivering large-scale Digital products in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Operations, or related domains.
Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs involving multiple cross-functional teams and vendor partners.
Strong Solution Architecture experience, including defining scalable application, integration, and data architectures aligned to enterprise standards.
Hands-on experience with modern cloud-based Data Platforms and Data Engineering solutions, including data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and serving patterns.
Experience working with enterprise-scale cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or equivalent) and cloud-native architecture principles.
Experience designing and implementing Enterprise Knowledge Graph solutions, including graph data modelling and platforms such as Neo4j.
Experience with modern Data Warehousing platforms such as Snowflake or equivalent cloud-based technologies.
Strong understanding of API-led integration, application architecture, and modern web application delivery, including front-end frameworks (ex:React.js) and back-end/API technologies(ex:Node.js, FastAPI).
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to engage business, architecture, engineering, and vendor teams.
Experience working within Agile product delivery environments.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
Desirable Skills / Experience
Experience within Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or other regulated industries.
Experience with Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, and Decision Support solutions.
Familiarity with Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Advanced Analytics use cases.
Exposure to Generative AI, Conversational AI, Agentic AI, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
Experience designing Supply Chain Digital Twin or Control Tower solutions.
Experience establishing engineering governance, architecture review processes, and technology standards.
Master's Degree, MBA, or other advanced qualification in a relevant discipline.
