Referral Opportunity: Chinese-Speaking Consultant Roles
Sutherland Bulgaria is looking for motivated candidates for Chinese-speaking Consultant roles with internationally renowned clients. As a Sutherland employee, you can help us find top talent by referring friends or acquaintances! If your referral is hired, you’ll receive a referral bonus. Each referral is reviewed by our Talent Acquisition Team to find the best fit for open roles. If there are no current openings, we’ll keep their information for 6 months and get in touch once a suitable position becomes available.

Qualifications for Referral Bonus Eligibility:
To qualify for the referral bonus, your referral should:

🗣️ Speak both Chinese and English at a B2 level or higher
🇪🇺 Be eligible to work in Bulgaria (EU citizen or NON-EU with a valid Bulgarian ID card)
📄 Join Sutherland on a permanent employment contract
⏳ Complete a 6-month probation period
📅 Referrals are valid for 6 months, after which they need to be resubmitted to qualify for the bonus.
