Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain security and fire protection systems, including alarm systems, CCTV cameras, access control systems, and fire alarms.

• Conduct routine inspections and tests of security and fire protection equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.

• Diagnose and repair system faults and malfunctions promptly.

• Perform preventative maintenance on security and fire protection systems to minimize downtime.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers and team members.

• Collaborate with the sales team to assist in system design and provide technical expertise during the sales process.

• Keep accurate records of all service and maintenance activities.

• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in security and fire protection systems.

Qualifications:

• Technical or vocational training in electronics or a related field is preferred.

• Proven experience as a technician in the security and fire protection industry.

• Strong knowledge of security and fire protection systems, including alarm systems, CCTV, access control, and fire alarms.

• Familiarity with electrical and electronic components.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to customer locations as needed.
