Position Summary
We are currently hiring Press Operators for a manufacturing facility in Lancaster, Ohio. This is a great entry-level opportunity for candidates looking to start a career in warehouse or manufacturing production.
In this role, employees will work with injection molded parts and use press equipment to assemble components onto automotive headlights and taillights.
Responsibilities:
- Operate press machinery safely and efficiently
- Assemble injection molded parts onto automotive lighting components
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all production and safety procedures
- Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Entry-level warehouse or manufacturing candidates encouraged to apply
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
