Senior Mortgage Specialist

Prepares and provides regulatory disclosures on complex loans. Gathers, analyzes and verifies documentation required to facilitate the movement of loans through to Underwriting as efficiently and timely as possible. Communicates and coordinates with clients when problems are identified and remedies as soon as possible. Communicates with assigned Loan Officers. Serves as a subject matter expert and a leader in the department and helps Management achieve department goals and objectives. Assembles and submits complete loan files to underwriting within department’s Service Level Agreements timeframes. Assists in training other Mortgage Specialists/Processors.
