Position Summary
We are currently hiring Production Clipper Operators for a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Hebron, Ohio. This role is responsible for operating clip gun equipment, supporting wire production processes, and preparing finished materials for packaging and shipment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate clip gun equipment safely and efficiently
- Load magazines and maintain production flow
- Clip coil loops together along the production line
- Assist with wire operation processes
- Package finished products according to specifications
- Inspect materials for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all workplace safety and production procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Consistent attendance and punctuality required
