Overview Key

: Meet with clients to determine business, functional and technical

and participate in application design, configuration, testing and deployment Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform

Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation Produce top-tier Salesforce Vlocity components and solutions in synergy with cross-functional experts, including solution architects, UI/UX specialists, accessibility consultants, and fellow developers Champion and actively participate in the adoption and expansion of continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), DevOps methodologies, and advanced test automation practices

Follow all standard operating procedures (SOP) and maintain updated ticketing for events, incidents, requests, changes, problems, etc

Proactively engage on continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development efforts

Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and “how-to” assistance

Skills and Experience required: 7+ years’ experience working on Salesforce platform 2+ year’s hands-on experience developing on the Salesforce Vlocity platform utilizing core components such as Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors

Proven experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, familiarity with software frameworks, and practical knowledge of widely used design patterns

Demonstrable experience in building and managing system integrations (e.g., REST APIs, Platform Events)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities judiciously Hold current Salesforce Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II certifications, as well as the OmniStudio Developer certification Experience across multiple Salesforce cloud implementations, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Public Sector

Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities Comfortable working with Jira, VSCode for development, and modern DevOps pipelines
