About the location:

Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and surrounded by panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the stunning landscape, first opened its doors in August 2024 following an extensive restoration and renovation of the historic property, originally inaugurated in 1929 on a vast private estate. After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.

About the Role

The Events Executive supports the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring exceptional service and seamless experiences for clients and guests. Working closely with the Events Manager and operational departments, this role is responsible for managing event inquiries, coordinating logistics, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring all event details are executed to the highest standards. The Events Executive plays a key role in creating memorable experiences that reflect Four Seasons' commitment to excellence, personalization, and attention to detail.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate and manage event inquiries from initial contact through to event completion, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for clients.
• Assist in planning and organizing corporate events, social gatherings, weddings, and other special occasions.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, banquet event orders (BEOs), and other event-related documentation accurately and timely.
• Conduct site inspections and hotel tours for prospective clients and event planners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring expectations are exceeded.
• Liaise closely with Food & Beverage, Culinary, Front Office, Housekeeping, Audio Visual, and other operational teams to ensure flawless event execution.
• Monitor event timelines and coordinate all logistical requirements, including room setups, catering arrangements, audiovisual needs, and special requests.
• Attend event meetings and pre-convention briefings to ensure all departments are aligned on event details.
• Support revenue generation by identifying upselling opportunities and maximizing event profitability.
• Ensure accurate billing, invoicing, and follow-up procedures related to events.
• Handle client concerns and last-minute changes professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and event files within the hotel's systems.
• Represent Four Seasons with professionalism and a commitment to delivering exceptional service at every stage of the event process.

What You Bring

Experience: Previous experience in Events, Catering, Sales, or Hospitality Operations within a luxury hotel environment is preferred.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Organization: Strong planning, multitasking, and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Guest Focus: Passion for delivering personalized service and creating memorable guest experiences.
Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate needs, adapt to changing priorities, and resolve issues effectively.
Commercial Awareness: Understanding of event sales, budgeting, and revenue opportunities.
Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and hotel event management systems.
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required by business needs.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are an advantage.
Legal Requirement: Authorization to work in Spain.

Work Experience: 2 Years.
Degree: Professional / Technician.
Languages: Spanish / English.
Language Ability: High.

Schedule & Hours

Seasonal contract, Full Time, 40 hours per week, with consecutive and rotating shifts based on business demands, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
