Team description
The Merch Platform enables onsite promotional campaigns across consumer surfaces, and currently faces operational complexity in intake, campaign scoping, stakeholder education, and QA—areas where Product Operations provides scalable workflows and self-serve enablement to unlock velocity and quality.
Job Summary
As a Senior Product Operations Specialist (Level E) working for Merch Platform, you will act as a central enabler for campaign and platform operations—independently owning core processes, improving workflows, and scaling self‑serve capabilities for partner teams across Product, UX, and Marketing
You will develop and maintain product health and operational dashboards, lead go‑to‑market readiness for your area, and manage experimentation/feedback loops that drive data‑informed decisions and continuous learning
You will be the operational point of contact for the platform area, facilitating stakeholder alignment, resolving process gaps, and turning insights into action across teams.
Key
and duties
Onboarding and intake optimization
Create and maintain clear intake workflows, playbooks, FAQs, and step‑by‑step guides that streamline campaign onboarding and reduce dependency on Product/Engineering for recurring scenarios.Campaign scoping, QA, and execution
Drive cross‑functional campaign scoping using standard templates; perform initial QA of briefs and assets; and triage/sequence intake based on an agreed prioritization framework to protect team capacity and delivery quality.Self‑serve and no‑code enablement
Operationalize repeatable “no‑code” paths for standard campaign types and placements to accelerate launches and experimentation without engineering bottlenecks; monitor adoption and remove friction in usage.Stakeholder education and enablement
Design and deliver training (decks, office hours, knowledge shares) for marketing and internal partners; maintain concise documentation that keeps stakeholders self‑sufficient in platform use and campaign requests.Performance reporting and feedback loops
Consolidate and publish operational and performance metrics (e.g., monthly), translating signals into actionable recommendations; collect and route stakeholder feedback to inform platform backlog and workflow improvements.Cross‑functional coordination and communication
Serve as the operational point‑of‑contact connecting Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing; track decisions, dependencies, and timelines; and ensure transparent status and readiness across parties.
Qualifications and experience
Demonstrated experience in product operations or adjacent functions (program/project management, business operations, product analytics, GTM enablement) with a track record of independently owning core processes and delivering workflow improvements at team/area level.
Proficiency in developing and maintaining product/operations dashboards; ability to analyze data trends and translate them into clear recommendations for PMs and cross‑functional partners.
Ownership of launch readiness in a product area: coordinating checklists, training, timelines, and cross‑functional alignment to enable successful go‑to‑market outcomes.
Hands‑on experience operationalizing experimentation and feedback loops: tracking tests, ensuring results are shared, and refining synthesis processes for your area.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable facilitating decisions and alignment across Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and Marketing.
Tooling fluency across product tech stacks (e.g., roadmapping, analytics/BI, experimentation, customer feedback) and the ability to create self‑serve documentation/playbooks that scale adoption.
Nice to have
Familiarity with no‑code/self‑serve solutions for operationalizing repeatable campaign workflows and accelerating launches.
Exposure to product marketing or commercialization workflows and stakeholder training programs.
Primary partners
Product Managers, Designers, Engineering, Data, and Marketing stakeholders supporting campaign planning, execution, and enablement for the Merch Platform.
