The position demands a proactive approach to understanding complex workflows and translating them into effective software configurations, fostering seamless integration and operational efficiency across various business units.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of new technologies to enhance application performance and scalability.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based application design and deployment strategies.
- Ability to develop scalable and maintainable technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems and APIs.
- Familiarity with best practices in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
