Special Projects Operator - Molding (2nd shift)

The Special Projects Operator is an hourly position responsible for producing custom rubber compounds according to established procedures and production schedules. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this role works closely with technical and quality assurance teams to communicate product-related information. The position requires strong attention to safety, quality, and productivity. Work involves operating large processing equipment, handling hazardous chemicals, and performing physically demanding tasks, including standing for long periods, frequent bending, and repeatedly lifting up to 75 pounds. The operator must also be able to wear a cartridge face respirator.
