How we LEAD:
The Manager, Digital Administration will supervise various activities in relation to the partner engagement and data processing. This role will liaise with the copyright, legal and royalty departments to develop strategic plans and workflows to achieve UMPG’s goals related to Digital.
Bring your VIBE:
4+ years of experience in music publishing, digital operations, or data analytics
Knowledge of copyright, royalty, and music licensing
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage simultaneous projects
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage workload to ensure deadlines are met
Ability to conduct research, analyze data, develop robust business cases with relative autonomy and high attention to detail
Communication skills and the experience working cross-functionally, both internally and externally
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, FTPs and database applications
Experience with CWR and other metadata standards
Knowledge of digital business models and technology
Strong team player
How you’ll CREATE:
Management products from various partners)accounts on various DSP portals and developing a deep expertise in music rights but is not limited to partner engagement, query resolution, checks and updates to UMPG’s
Managing day-to-day ongoing operations with UMPG’s publishing partners (that includes, providing regular metadata deliveries (in CWR and various other formats)
Assisting with onboarding of new DSP partners with back catalogue deliveries and reviewing various reporting provided by DSP partners
Troubleshooting issues that arise and prioritize based on urgency

$63,070 - $72,540The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
