
Sales Manager - Building Sector
Job Description
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the private building sector, especially CAPEX-intensive projects.
- Develop strong client relationships with industrial estate developers, factory owners, property investors, and contractors.
- Promote services across the building lifecycle: design review, quality control, construction supervision, and commissioning support.
- Lead proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation processes.
- Coordinate closely with technical and operations teams to develop tailored, competitive offers.
- Monitor project pipelines and market trends in the industrial and commercial building sectors.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or project delivery in the industrial building, manufacturing facilities, data centers, warehouses or high rise buildings (real estate sector).
- Strong network in the industrial and commercial development space (industrial parks, EPCs, property developers).
- Experience selling project-based services such as PMC, QA/QC, safety supervision, or sustainability consulting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or technical background preferred.
