Key Responsibilities
You’ll play a key role in shaping the player experience from the ground up designing and delivering the mathematical frameworks that define how our games behave.
Contribute to early-stage game concepts and mechanics
Develop mathematical models using simulation software and spreadsheets
Design and analyse RTP, volatility, and payout structures
Collaborate with developers and designers to bring ideas to life
Maintain insight into EMEA gaming markets and regulatory expectations
What You'll Bring
Demonstrated experience in developing mathematical models, ideally within the gaming or iGaming sector
Proficiency in programming, with a preference for C++ (C# or similar languages will also be considered)
Strong capability in spreadsheet-based modelling and data analysis
A clear interest in gaming and player-focused design principles
A minimum of one year’s experience in slot mathematics or a related field
Qualifications
Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or related discipline
Desirable:
Proven experience designing within the casino/gambling industry
Creative thinking with strong technical design instincts
A track record of delivering successful game mechanics
