Compensation and Benefits:
- ProSal model with a $225K+ base salary and 27% production—no negative accrual and absolutely no non-compete clause.
- 120 hours PTO, plus 4 additional days of CE-specific PTO and a $5K CE allowance to keep your skills sharp.
