Job Description
Main tasks:
- Track and monitor the roadmap, milestones, deliverables.
- Support in developing business cases, executive presentations, and strategic reports.
- Organize, prepare and support conducting meetings with stakeholders.
- Ensure quality standards are met.
- Support in onboarding activities incl. providing access an support to tools etc.
- Prepare and distribute regular reporting on program/project status for stakeholders and leadership.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues, escalating as needed to executive leadership.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using JIRA and other reporting tools.
- Governance and Risk Management, provide insights into portfolio risks, dependencies, and benefits realization.
- Contribute to developing a transparency to ensure consistency
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Between 3 and 5 years of experience in Project Management Office in Europe.
- Strong stakeholder engagement
- Ability to see the big picture and connect the dots.
Experience with demand management, and roadmap planning. - Experience with project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile).
- Experience with project management tools.
- Experience with JIRA.
- Fluency in English.
- Hybrid role based in Lisbon.
