National Consultant (SPR Technical Architecture & System Design)

Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission (CoM), and the direct supervision of the Project Specialist (Evidence-based governance), the Consultant will provide technical support to IOM and relevant national counterparts, including State Statistics Service of Ukraine on the definition of high-level system architecture, functional and technical requirements, and supporting technical documentation for the future development of a Statistical Population Register in Ukraine. The Consultancy is intended for a Senior National Consultant (Ukraine-based) with proven hands-on experience of Ukrainian government information system, in particular the Trembita government data-exchange system and large-scale administrative-data integration in the Ukrainian public sector.
