Pay Range: $95,000 - $117,000 per year

UNCOMN is seeking a Project Manager to:
- Lead delivery governance for application modernization work, including schedule, risks, issues, and stakeholder coordination.
- Own integrated project plans, action tracking, and status reporting for cloud, security, data, and application workstreams.
- Coordinate dependencies across technical teams, client stakeholders, and internal leadership to keep work aligned and moving.
- Support planning, prioritization, and decision-making for modernization activities in regulated environments.
- Drive meeting cadence, follow-through, and documentation needed to maintain delivery transparency and accountability.
- Escalate blockers early and help teams resolve issues before they affect cost, timeline, or quality.
This position description outlines the core duties for this role, but it is not all-inclusive. Responsibilities may shift based on contract requirements, mission needs, or organizational objectives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, CMIS, or a related field from an accredited college or university, or 4 additional years of related experience.
- Experience leading complex technology delivery efforts with multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and deadlines.
- Strong project controls skills across planning, status reporting, RAID management, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional technical teams working on cloud, application, security, and data initiatives.
- Experience supporting delivery in structured or regulated environments where approvals and traceability matter.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to organize action and drive decisions.
- Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance or similar, granted by the U.S. Government, which requires U.S. citizenship. The government also uses 13 adjudicative guidelines to determine an individual's eligibility.
- Must be willing to obtain relevant certifications as required by future client or contract needs.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting AWS cloud migration or application modernization programs.
- PMP, CAPM, or comparable project/program management certification.
- Prior experience supporting federal, financial, or other highly regulated clients.
- Candidates local to the St. Louis Metro East market/within commuting distance preferred, although not required.
